 Richmond Park   -   Glasgow Green
Richmond Park  spent may a happy hour in here with my pals. My mother often brought us done to the 'Richie' for a picnic and while she sat knitting on the shawl laid out on the grass we would run around and play games .... great times.

.

Over the years this pond has been used as a boating pond, for model ships and a swan sanctuary.
When I was a boy we would play on the boats and fish for baggy minnows which we put into jam jars
