Glasgow Scout Group, Bishopbriggs
based at Kenmure
Road, Bishopbriggs is also known as the 1st
Bishopbriggs. Scouting is open to all young
people aged 6 to 25.

aged 76, Suffolk, England, emailed me
this photo from his time as a member of this troop.
Extract from his email "
Hello there, I lived in Bishopbriggs from 1959 to 1963
and attended Albert Senior Secondary
School, in Mansell St. Sprinburn. I was a
member of the 175th when Sandy Bennett was the
leader... I have attached a group photo. Carry on the
