Hello again, Webmaister.  Been looking at Dalmarnock School photos and can put a name to a face of the 1958 8 year olds.  The girl standing 3rd from the right in the 3rd row is one of my dearest friends, SADIE BIGGAR.  Sadie and I met at Big Johnnie and we're still in touch.  She's been living in the USA since 1969.  She and her husband were over for a wedding in July this year and made time to come to our house in Lancaster.  Our lives have diverged in many ways with all kinds of twists and turns over the years and although we've only seen one another a few times since 1969 it's just brilliant when we get together.  A pal for life.

Sadie's brother Robert Biggar and his wife Anne were also here in July with her.  I'd never met Robert's wife before and was delighted to discover that we went to the Ebenezer Hall Sunday School in Landressy Street at the same time in the 1950s.
