#	Baby was born John Falloon, Mother's name Mary Falloon, no father's name mentioned. Sadly Mary died eight months later on 8 Apr 1866, I can only assume that the father John Evans took the baby and later renamed him John Evans. See certificates below i) 1891 marriage certificate Father's name is given as John Evans ii) 1928 on death certificate his name is given as John Evans, formerly Falloon.

Great Granda John Evans, Tramway Car Motorman, died 03 Feb 1928 aged 62 at the Royal Infirmary of cardiac failure. Resided at 17 Forest Street, Glasgow.
His mother's maiden name was Mary Faloon a confectioner (deceased)
The death was registered by my Great Granny, his wife Jane Evans, who sadly died three months later.

Great Granny widow of John Evans died 26 May 1928 aged 65 at the Royal Infirmary of a fractured skull. Resided at 17 Forest Street, Glasgow.
Her father Patrick Nugent (deceased) was a Seaman Merchant Service, her mother's maden name was Gallaher.
The death was registered by her son John Evans, my Granda's older brother.
